01 — Who is responsible
Sharon Homes Ltd decides why and how your personal data is used when you contact us, post a property request, or browse sharon-homes.com. Under the GDPR, we are the controller.

02 — What we collect

When you send us a message — your first name, last name, phone number, email address, subject and message. Phone, email and message are required; the rest helps us reply properly.

When you post a property request — what you choose to tell us about what you are looking for, such as country, city, property type, bedrooms and budget.

When you contact us by phone, WhatsApp, email or social media — the contact details and content of that conversation.

When you browse — standard technical data recorded by our platform, and the cookies Wix needs to make the site work, including remembering your language.
03 — Why we use it

To respond to your enquiry — on the basis of the consent you give when you submit the contact form.

To advise you — matching you to properties, arranging viewings and supporting the acquisition, as steps taken at your request before a contract.

To source on your behalf — approaching owners, developers and partner agencies in Cyprus and Greece with your brief.

To run and improve the site — on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating our business.
We do not sell your data, and we do not pass it to lead-generation networks.
04 — Who else sees it

Wix.com Ltd — our website and hosting platform, which stores form submissions and technical data on our behalf.

Owners, developers and partner agencies in Cyprus and Greece — when we introduce you to a property. We share only what is needed, and we tell you before we do it.

Social platforms — if you choose to reach us through Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn or WhatsApp, that conversation sits on their infrastructure under their terms.

Authorities — where the law requires it.
05 — Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access the data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, to receive it in a portable form, to withdraw any consent you gave, and to complain to a data protection supervisory authority.
Exercising these rights is free. Write to privacy@sharon-homes.com and we will respond within one month. We may need to confirm your identity first, so that we are not handing your data to someone else.
We keep your data only as long as we need it to answer you or to support your search, and for as long as the law requires us to keep records.
